Instructions

1.Cut a 30 x 30 cm square from the foam rubber sheet.
Place the template for a 4-piece pinwheel (see insert) on one corner of the foam rubber cut-out. Mark the cut edge and the hole with the prickle needle. Leave the template in place and then turn the foam rubber square until the template can be placed on the next corner. Mark all 4 corners.
2.Cut a 30 x 30 cm square from another sheet of foam rubber.
Place the template for a figure 8 pinwheel (see insert) on one corner of the foam rubber cut-out. Mark the cut edge and the hole with the prickle needle. Leave the template in place, just turn the foam rubber square so that the template can be placed on the next corner. Mark all 4 corners.
3.Cut all 4 corners at the marked lines. Use the drill punch to punch a hole at each mark in the corner and a hole in the centre of the panel.
4.Insert the metal axle into the existing hole in the wooden stick. Pull the black shrink tubing over the short leg of the axle and the wooden rod. Use the hot air gun to shrink the tube.
5.Place a NABBI Jumbo bead on the metal axle as a spacer. Then slide a Nabbi Jumbo bead onto the end of the barrel. Guide the barrel through the centre hole of the foam rubber plate for the 8-piece wind wheel and then through the centre hole of the foam rubber plate for the 4-piece wind wheel. Attach the wind wheel blades of the 4-piece wind wheel to the barrel in turn. Then fit the wind wheel blades of the 8-piece wind wheel onto the barrel in turn.
6.Place a second NABBI Jumbo bead on the barrel as a stopper. Slide the wind wheel onto the metal axle. Place the wooden bead on the axle with a little glue to finish it off. Allow the glue to dry.
