1974 Company founded by Inge and Lutz Erler, working from their home in Vaihingen/Enz-Aurich, Germany.

1994 Moved to the current location in Rohrbach/Pfalz, Germany with a warehouse of 3,000 sqm. The next generation Pia and Martin Erler join the company.

1995 Publication of the first real main catalogue. Before this, only individual product flyers and price lists were available.

1996 a further expansion to our site of about 1,500 sqm became necessary, in order to accommodate the increasing range of products.

2001 Opened the French market with our first foreign language catalogue.

2004 Catalogue produced in English and Italian to serve these markets. Additional land purchased (8,000 sqm) and a new warehouse of 3,000 sqm constructed for goods-in,  bulk storage and ready-made products.

2006 transferred 'Uhlig' and 'EFCO' kiln production from Laudert to Rohrbach.

2015 hobbygross Erler GmbH and efco Produkte GmbH merged to efco creative GmbH.
